About the Role

You’ll manage client relationships, handle complex service needs, and provide clear, accurate insurance guidance that protects families and businesses. What You’ll Do

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, company representatives, and team members

· Manage renewals, policy changes, and daily service with accuracy and urgency

· Work with producers to create new business proposals

· Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that genuinely help clients

· Troubleshoot issues with carriers and advocate for clients when something goes wrong

· Take full ownership of your book and continually look for ways to improve processes and outcomes
