Larry founded the agency in 1973, primarily offering financial planning and life insurance. In 1978 he expanded service to a true multi line agency by offering property and casualty lines of service. Larry currently serves on the KAIA Consumer Technical Affairs Committee. Larry is married and has two children. His son, Chad, joined him in the agency in 2000.

Chad began his insurance career as an insurance adjuster. After 4 years as an adjuster, Chad joined his father in the family owned agency in 2000. Chad is licensed to sell insurance in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Chad serves on the KAIA Government Affairs Committee, is the State Chairman / Tournament Director for the Trusted Choice "Big I" Junior State Golf Championship in Kansas, and serves on the Harvey County Planning and Zoning Commission. Chad resides in Hesston with his wife - Abbie & three sons - Evan, Cavan, and Finn.

Kim is an account manager responsible for servicing and developing new relationships out of our Newton branch location. She is a licensed agent in the state of Kansas for property/casualty and life/health. Kim is a resident of Newton with her husband, Tim, and two children.

Shelly specializes in servicing Personal Lines insurance products for all clients. However, she is happy to assist farm owners clients as well as all commercial clients too. She has been a licensed agent since 1993 and earned her CISR designation in 1999.

Jennifer specializes in servicing commercial lines insurance. She has been a licensed agent since 1999, and has earned her CISR designation as well as her Associate in General Insurance (AINS).

Krystle has expertise in all lines of insurance. She is the primary service agent for all farm lines, and provides service support for personal lines and all commercial lines insurance clients. Krystle has been a licensed agent since 2005.

Don is the former principal owner of Janzen Ruth Typer. When Fuqua Insurance acquired Janzen Ruth Typer in 2007, Don stayed on as a independent contractor and continues to serve new clients in a limited role as a semi retired insurance agent.

Matt joined the agency in 2010. Matt has two primary roles with the agency; as a licensed agent Matt works with new clients to establish new relationships, and he works with existing clients to ensure that each client is receiving the level of service they expect. Matt is our designated "On Your Side" Service Contact. He wants to make sure all your needs are being met.
